We do not diminish ourselves by advocating for the rights of others. On the contrary, we enhance equality for all. Visibility and representation are also fundamentally important for each of us. This week offered us the opportunity to reflect on how we stive to be inclusive of everyone all of the time. Special thanks to Mr. Montgomery and Ms Kanisauskaite for all their work.
