Well done to all 1st year students who competed in the Kerry ETB Athletics competition that was held in An Ríocht today. Students had the opportunity to try a range of events including sprinting, long distance running, relays, shot putt, javelin and long jump. They also enjoyed their day interacting with students and friends from the other participating schools. Huge congratulations to our medal winners: Joseph Lovett who placed 2nd in the 100m and 200m sprints as well as 3rd in the long jump; Cillian Cowan who placed 2nd in the long jump; Ruairi Walsh who placed 2nd in the 1500m race and Ruby Molloy who placed 3rd in the 200m sprint. Well done to all involved.
