The TY girls recently attended their final session of the Stem inclusion programme in Killorglin
They had to develop prototypes of possible sustainable products to create solutions to problems in everyday lives. They had to use software to programme codes that they could use to develop their product. They then presented a pitch to their classmates on their product.
The winning product was a study app which rewarded students correct answers by donating water to underdeveloped countries.
All girls had an enjoyable day out.
