The Patron of Causeway Comprehensive school is Kerry Education and Training Board (Kerry ETB)
Kerry Education and Training Board (Kerry ETB) was established on July 1st 2013 and is the statutory agency based in Kerry for the provision of Primary, Post- Primary and Further Education and Training opportunities in County Kerry. Kerry ETB is an employs of over 1,000 staff with approximately 15,000 students annually from primary, post-primary to further education, with services throughout the county.
Kerry ETB schools and centres are present in nearly every area of the county, contributing to a county-wide education and training infrastructure. Kerry ETB’s role in delivering education and training services to local communities across this infrastructure is essential to the support of the county’s ongoing social and economic development.
As patron to our school, Kerry ETB nominates 3 representatives to Causeway Comprehensive school's Board of Management, with one of member nominated as Chairperson. Kerry ETB core values are as follows : inclusion, respect, equality, quality and excellence in learning.
